Entire structure of garage built from reclaimed wood. Studs ripped down from warehouse joists recovered during deconstruction. Garage joists previously used from suburban indoor swimming pool project.
Concrete slab of original garage broken up and pieces donated to Northside Prep. High School for their landscape/garden.
Wood sheathing from old garage re-used as fencing.


                             
     

              

Management of the deconstruction of 7,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space. Currently underway. Brick removed from walls are
re-used to patch new exterior walls. Approximately 80 - 85% of terracotta structural units at the facade were removed
without damage. All wood joists will be available for re-use.
